7TH WORLD CONGRESS ON EGO STATE THERAPY
In this talk, Sophie brings together two powerful clinical methodologies: Ketamine-Assisted Hypnotherapy and Ego State Therapy. EST is a trauma-therapeutic approach working with personality parts that develop in response to overwhelming experiences — giving therapists a precise framework for navigating complex inner worlds. When ketamine makes dissociated parts more accessible, EST becomes a key clinical element in working safely with what emerges. Through a case study co-facilitated with Dr. Woltemade Hartmann, Sophie demonstrates what this integration looks like in practice.

PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED THERAPY EDUCATION PROGRAMME BY INWARDBOUND
A 7-day immersive skills training for therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals who want to develop the practical, ethical, and therapeutic foundations for accompanying psychedelic experiences. Sophie-Charlotte Adler joins Rob Ó Cobhthaigh and Dr. Darragh Stewart in guiding participants through trauma-informed facilitation, altered states preparation, somatic approaches, and live psilocybin ceremony practice — embedded in a nature-based setting in the Netherlands.

KETAMINE ASSISTED HYPNOTHERAPY TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS
Three days. The Palatinate Forest.
A maximum of 21 participants.
Sophie invites physicians, psychotherapists, and licensed psychologists to train directly with her at Adlerhorst — her home base in the Palatinate Forest. This foundation training gives colleagues the clinical knowledge and practical tools to begin implementing KAH in their own practice. An optional self-experience is available, and participants are warmly encouraged to continue with the 6-month supervision programme that follows.

International Conference: Ketamine, Psychotherapy & Brain Stimulation
At this conference Sophie Adler will present clinical insights from her work with Ketamine-Assisted Hypnotherapy (KAH) since 2018. Her experiential workshop offers participants a first introduction to working with KAH using the Adler Method. Through guided exercises and hypnotherapeutic principles, professionals can gain an initial sense of the approach. The workshops serves as a preview of Sophie’s comprehensive training program for those seeking to apply KAH in clinical practice.

Introducing KAH at a Psychiatric Clinic in Germany
Ketamine-Assisted Hypnotherapy (KAH) got implemented at Felsenland Klinik Dahn – a clinic for psychosomatic medicine, psychiatry, and psychotherapy in the Palatinate Forest. Publicly insured patients now have access to KAH in an inpatient psychiatric setting. The clinical team was trained using Sophie’s KAH training program and continues to receive supervision as they apply the Adler Method in practice.
